HCF Training and Development

HCF Training and Development

Hertfordshire Community Foundation (HCF) works to make a difference within the county of Hertfordshire by raising and distributing money directly to local causes. To enable successful projects, HCF is also committed to building a stronger more sustainable voluntary and community sector in the county. As part of this the Foundation established and led Hertfordshire Training and Development Consortium (HTDC) in 2008, which is now known as HCF Training and Development.

HCF Training and Development provides workforce development and capacity-building for the voluntary sector.  We also aim to maximise access to learning and employment opportunities for the county's most disadvantaged individuals.
