HCF Training and Development

HCF Training and Development

Hertfordshire Community Foundation (HCF) works to make a difference within the county by raising and distributing money directly to local causes. To enable successful projects, HCF is also committed to building a stronger more sustainable voluntary and community sector. So we established and led Hertfordshire Training and Development Consortium (HTDC) in 2008 - now known as HCF Training and Development.

HCF Training and Development provides workforce development and capacity-building for the voluntary sector.  We also aim to maximise access to learning and employment opportunities for the county's most disadvantaged individuals by supporting VCS training providers.
