Building Effectiveness 2019
We are now into year 3 of the Building Effectiveness Programme. It will be funded by Will Hobhouse (High Sheriff of Hertfordshire in 2017) and a number of other Hertfordshire Community Foundation's fundholders. It is managed by HCF Training and Development.
In 2019 we will be selecting up to 10 Hertfordshire organisations to participate in a 9 month tailored, supported development programme. The timetable for 2019 is summarised in the infographic on this page.
Building Effectiveness is open to voluntary and community organisations in Hertfordshire that have been operating for at least one year and have a minimum income of £100,000. We also require that organisations should employ at least one paid manager.
